Over the past few months, IDEAS Miami has made incredible strides in the community. From creating the 1st official High School chapter of IDEAS to hosting a successful year of activities to engage FIU, UM and CRHS students; the movement in Miami has been helping to make positive environmental change on campus and in the community.

Mark Grafton – the UF chapter co-founder and alumni – found out about an incredible opportunity to receive the Green Means Green” Award from the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.

The awards will recognize the pioneers of sustainability in Miami at the inaugural Green Means Green Awards Luncheon. They will be honoring businesses & individuals in categories such as Green Building, Green Giant, Green Sprout, Green Hospitality & Green Visionary!

A big shout out to the IDEAS Miami chapters and members who have helped to continue this incredible movement in South Florida!
